How To Join

Club membership registration is now fast and easy using Bikereg.com! Click the Bikereg.com logo to renew your membership or become a new QCW member and/or place your order for extra QCW cycling clothing!



Membership does have its privileges and we encourage cyclists of all ages, both men and women to join!
  • QCW Cycling Kits (clothing): Kits and other clothing items will be available to members at the advertised rates. Clothing for non-members will be at full retail prices.

  • Membership Shop Support: Breakaway Bikes, located in center city Philadelphia at 1923 Chestnut Street, is providing member support. For parts, service, bikes or information on coaching and training options call 215 568-6002.

  • Training: Whether you are a racer or just like to stay fit, you are encouraged and welcome to join in advertised QCW Cycling training rides. These rides vary dramatically in intensity and duration depending on the season and place an emphasis on education and camaraderie.

  • Racing: Our organization tries to host two or more sanctioned races each year, one at the Lehigh Valley Velodrome, and the others somewhere in the Philadelphia area. Members are expected to volunteer their assistance with these events as well as participate. Dates are usually in April and May for the track and road events with ourcyclocross event taking place in early October. Members of QCW Cycling are also quite active on the Pennsylvania Cycling Association racing scene and attend a fair number of road races and cyclocross events each year. Car pools and background information are always available.

  • Communication: Our organization has an email list service for membership communication. The list serve information will be shared with you upon joining.

Membership fees are due every October 1st, or at the time of joining. Dues waived if joining after September 1 until the following year. A membership card will be issued once membership fees are paid.
